slow check-inworn furniture
The check-in process was really slow, it took almost half an hour! the person checking me in seemed to take forever, even though it wasn't particularly busy. It was frustrating. the room decor felt worn, the furniture looked old, not what i expected for what i paid. also the electronic butler service via whatsapp was completely useless. I sent a message, and the response was in thai for some reason!

The rooms are very spacious! The bathroom had two separate sinks. A rainfall shower added to the luxurious feel. The bedding was changed every day.

Fantastic Stay Experience

I really enjoyed my stay. The spa is beautiful, I must say. The staff kept everything tidy and clean and were polite. Breakfast had a delicious selection.
I noticed limited availability of sunbeds near the pool and on the beach.

The room had a good size and was very quiet. A balcony offered stunning ocean views. The twice-a-day room cleaning was very satisfactory. The imperial suite showed clear signs of wear and tear.

Breakfast included a nice selection of foods. Food options at the hotel restaurants were great. I was pleased with the excellent breakfast in a beautiful dining room. The staff seemed to lack empathy and a sense of urgency.

The staff were very attentive. Edwin at the poolside provided exceptional service and ensured we had everything we needed. The WhatsApp iButler service was reliable and quick. The hotel extended our checkout time, I really appreciated this.

The room decor was gorgeous, showcasing ottoman design! the breakfast in the beautiful dining room was superb. It had a vast selection and everything was fresh. the staff provided excellent service from arrival to departure.

the hotel provided fresh flowers and sweet treats, a welcome detail.
My stay wasn't perfect. I found that sun bed availability was very limited, both at the beach and by the pool. a significant portion of the beach area was occupied by beds requiring extra payment, on top of the room rate. i also noticed the air conditioning dripped on us during breakfast.
